REPLICATIONS

950' of light weight, custom-molded straight and curved 36" C-channels, replicated in a high strength composite material and installed around the complete upper first floor periphery of The Elmwood Senior Apartments. Curved C-channels installed above the main entrance. St Louis Park, MN.

THE AUTHENTIC LOOK WITHOUT THE WEIGHT

Our industrial artisans authentically replicate steel C-channels, I-beams, angles, braces and trusses with steely realism down to the last rivet, weld, band, bolt or gusset plate. We capture the look, size or configuration of any metal, faithfully capturing the essence, color, patina and character of the traditional material, without the traditional drawbacks—and at a fraction of the weight of the real thing.

We create our authentic replications using a variety of super-lightweight and high-strength Class A materials chosen for their ability stand up to years of real-world use with little-to-no maintenance and never rust. We use the most durable industrial coatings and offer E-84 Class A fire retardant paints as well.

Installation guides and videos are available to allow the onsite GC to do the installation.
