Design & Development Phase
During this phase, our designers bring your vision to life through detailed models and drawings.
Review the model and discuss potential design adjustments
Address site access considerations and any restrictions
Incorporate FORMA elements into the construction drawings
Establish a preliminary project budget
Contract & Fabrication
At this stage, the project begins to take physical form.
Finalize the contract with the general contractor
Issue purchase orders and process the deposit
Develop custom drawings, models, and samples
Review and approve the finalized drawings
Commence fabrication of the project elements
