Meet The Team!

Brian Keane, the owner of Bay Contracting Inc., sought to expand his historic restoration business by bringing molding and manufacturing of architectural elements in-house. In 2014, he hired Justin Blanchard, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BFA and a concentration in sculpture, to help develop this new division. Together, they were successful in producing new pieces for historic buildings in and around the Boston area.

Seeing the division's growth and its potential for creating pieces for outside clients, Brian decided to form a separate business. In 2017, Forma was born with Brian as owner and president and Justin as partner and director of design and operations. Forma moved to its own facility in Nashua, NH where Forma began offering more than just restoration and replication products. Forma began producing a variety of work; include commissioned art, custom desks, decorative features for theaters, casinos, hotels, and restaurants, among others.

Mike has been a valuable part of our company since its inception, joining when we lacked a dedicated salesperson. Following his retirement from the Boston Globe newspaper, he seamlessly transitioned into selling capital equipment machinery. His introduction to FORMA occurred during his home renovation, where he discovered a meticulously crafted piece in a tile store and reached out. Although the company wasn't ready to purchase a CNC machine at that time, this marked the beginning of a lasting relationship, leading to Mike eventually joining FORMA.

In Mike's view, sales is fundamentally about building relationships. His passion for the products developed by FORMA permeates every aspect of his work. One of his strengths lies in challenging our artistic team to take on new projects, a challenge they consistently meet with enthusiasm.

As the go-to person for managing our accredited AIA and IDCEC presentations, Mike is the point of contact if you're interested in learning more through a presentation. Don't hesitate to reach out to him; his dedication and expertise are at your disposal.
